This policy covers Apollo Agent Mail, an internal tool Apollo Group uses to send automated status reports and notifications by email.

What the tool does

Apollo Agent Mail sends email from an Apollo-controlled Google account to Apollo Group's own mailbox. It is not offered to the public, and no outside users sign in to it.

Google data we access

The tool requests one Google permission: the ability to send email (gmail.send). It cannot read, search, delete, or change any existing email, contacts, or other Google account data.

How data is used and stored

The only content handled is the outgoing message the tool composes. Access credentials are stored on Apollo Group's own computer with restricted file permissions. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or to train AI models.

Limited Use

Apollo Agent Mail's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
